ABSTRACT
Research Abstract Modern communication tools have significantly impacted relationships within the family and community ،especially within Yemeni and Sudanese families. This study aims to highlight the risks of the negative effects of mod-ern communication tools on the family and their repercussions on the reality of Yemeni and Sudanese families ،as well as how to address these risks ac-cording to Islamic legal objectives. The study is divided into four main sections. The first section provides definitions of the key terms used in the study’s title. The second section dis-cusses the negative effects of modern communication tools on the family. The third section examines the legal rulings related to divorce and khula (divorce initiated by the wife) resulting from the misuse of modern communication tools. The fourth section explores methods for addressing the risks of these negative effects on Yemeni and Sudanese families according to Islamic legal objectives. The study concludes by summarizing the main findings.
