الملخص
يتضمن بحث «سبق السبق في الألعاب الرياضية المعاصرة» عددًا من المسائل المتعلقة بعائدات المسابقات الرياضية الحديثة؛ حيث شاعت تلك الألعاب، وتنوعت، ووقع الإشكال في ما ينتج منها من عائدات مادية؛ أحلال هي أم حرام وما تخريجها الفقهي؟
ومن المعلوم أن الفقه الإسلامي أولى المسابقة والرمي اهتماماً ملموساً، وعقد الفقهاء لذلك أبواباً مستقلة في مصنفاتهم، بناء على أن الإسلام يشجع كل ما فيه بناء للجسم السليم؛ توصلاً إلى العقل السليم، غير أن تطور تلك الألعاب في عصرنا وتنوعها اقتضى أن تبحث أحكامها وفقاً لمستجدات العصر وتنوع الأساليب، فكان هذا البحث إجابة لكثير من المسائل المعاصرة مما لم تبحث في كتب الفقه القديمة؛ توخياً لاهتداء الشباب والمهتمين بالألعاب المعاصرة وفقاً لأحكام الشريعة وبعدا عن المقامرة والمال الحرام الذي قد ينتج عن بعض الألعاب في معالجة بعض أخطاء هذه المسابقات الشرعية.
Abstract:
This research includes a number of cases and legal dicta relating to the proceeds of modern common sports competitions which are occurring today in varied forms. Such questions can often be problematic and require clear answers to establish whether they are lawful or unlawful under Islamic law.
It is understood that Islamic Jurisprudence paid a significant attention to archery and Muslim jurists has dedicated entire chapters in their works for such topic on the basis that Islam encourages the building of a healthy mind in a healthy body. However, the diversity and complexity of those games in our time and age, necessitates a carful research to provide legal answers for the questions often posed by Muslim youth and interested parties. Our research is an attempt to provide some answers in the hope to assist Muslims to avoid falling into gambling and that which is unlawful in Islamic law.
