الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل الأقوال التي استدلت بالقياس في بعض المسائل المعاصرة، ثم البحث عن مدى انطباقها مع الشروط والأركان التي يصح بها القياس، وكذا يهدف إلى بيان الأخطاء الواردة في أقوال العلماء المعاصرين التي تنتج من القياس الفاسد، وإلى كيفية معالجتها من خلال النظر إلى قوادح القياس. وذلك عن طريق الاستقراء بتوظيف المسائل الفقهية للوصول إلى مثبتها، وعن طريق توصيف المسائل وتحليلها بما يقرّب إلى ما يُسهِّل الاطلاع على المقارنة بين القياس الصحيح والقياس الفاسد. وخلص بعد عرض المسائل الفقهية المعاصرة إلى بعض النتائج التي تميز بين صحيح القياس من فاسده وإلى بعض الضوابط والركائز التي يتوجب التركيز عليها.

Abstract
This research aims to analyze the sayings that were inferred by analogy in some contemporary issues, and then to search for their applicability with the conditions and pillars by which analogy is valid. Measuring pins.
This is done by extrapolation by employing jurisprudential issues to reach its provenance, and by describing and analyzing issues in a way that makes it easier to see the comparison between the correct analogy and the incorrect analogy.After presenting the contemporary jurisprudential issues, he concluded with some results that distinguish between correct and invalid analogy, as well as some controls and pillars that must be focused on.
